Interview with Dr Bernard Sinclair-Desgagné, professor of economics and corporate social responsibility.

Abstract: Ethics can be defined as the reasoned consideration of an issue in order to do what is ‘right’. It brings us to think about the values and moral principles that should guide our behaviour, in different circumstances, to ensure we act in accordance with them. Decision-makers often find themselves faced with an ethical dilemma, i.e., a situation where there is a conflict between different values and principles.
