Video abstract for the paper "When Reflection Hurts: The Effect of Cognitive Processing Types on Organizational Adaptation to Discontinuous Change" authored by Alves, M. F. R., Vastola, V., Galina, S. and Zollo, M. published in the Organization Science (2022).
