The non-interpersonal love expert

We are capable of forming deep connections with a chatbot — and that fact alone is cause for concern, says Aaron Ahuvia, Professor of Marketing at the University of Michigan-Dearborn College of Business. The interview was conducted by Professor Margherita Pagani, Director SKEMA Centre for Artificial Intelligence, on the occasion of SKEMA seminar series on AI for sustainable value (SKEMA Centre for Artificial Intelligence).
